TCG Ventures was created by a husband and wife team, Ben and Alison Metcalf.
Alison
Architect, healthy living advocate and mother.
Alison has worked in her own boutique architectural practice for over 10 years, working predominantly on housing projects and desginer architectural developments. Prior to this, Alison had gained extensive architectural experience at both a local and international level on large scale commercial projects, health and education buildings, a range of housing projects and various other unique buildings, including the Grand Egyptian Museum in Giza. Alison has recently been enjoying being involved in the ‘Tiny House’ space and is excited to use her skills to create small housing that feels big and beautiful whilst also weaving her playful nature into the designs.
Having worked with many businesses small to large, Ben’s knowledge and experience is vast! Ben’s background has been highly developed by performing various senior roles including National Marketing Manager and National/International Business Development Manager. Prior to Ben’s success in these fields Ben worked in a range of areas, from his first job learning the trade of Automotive Refinishing, to various senior roles in Retail and Warehousing, Building Project Management and his upbringing and responsibilities on a highly successful family farm. Ben’s unique background, combination of skill sets and expansive knowledge in multiple fields, gives him the exceptional ability to guide a multitude of businesses to great success!
